Portfolio

ADH believes in a diverse, medium-risk portfolio.  We make decisions for every development we are working on based on this strategy.  Location, quality, and use are a few important aspects that we consider when expanding or reducing our portfolio.  Our portfolio includes investment properties that we believe will have a positive return, stable income producing properties, and development of properties in areas that could use a facelift/ renovation.

ADH acquired this multi-use property in 2014.  While the residential units have been 100% occupied, ADH also worked with the new commercial tenant to ensure all renovations were completed to the satisfaction of the city laws, tenants, and company.
